Overview

Family members of persons who entered Israel before 19 March 1970 and received a permanent residence permit can apply for Israeli citizenship according to section 4A of the Law of Return.

How to Apply

  1. Download, print, and complete the Notification of Interest in Receiving Citizenship pursuant to section 4A of The Law of Return form (available at: https://www.gov.il/blobFolder/service/declaration_of_intent_to_receive_rights_according_to_the_law_of_return/en/Apply%20for%20citizenship%20by%20virtue%20of%20Right%20of%20Return.pdf)
  2. Submit the application in person with the required documents at your local Population and Immigration Authority (PIBA) office
